Chapter 424 Stupid Brothers

Lucci hugged Luffy tightly, listening to his chattering, repetitive and jumping words, feeling a sense of satisfaction. Compared to the little guy when he was a child, Luffy's weight has changed completely, but his little habits remain the same, still the same as before. When he hugged him, he would try his best to get into his arms like a little monkey, and the strength with which he held people tightly was exactly the same as before.

He could feel the deep longing in his heart. It had been too long. He rubbed his face against Luffy's neck, completely immersed in Luffy's body temperature and the touch of his rubber skin. "Brother, are you still listening?" Luffy touched his head buried in his neck in confusion. The golden hair tickled his neck a little.

"Yeah, I'm listening." Lucci still didn't let go of Luffy and said in a muffled voice, "So you still steal mushrooms now?"

"No, I haven't eaten any strange mushrooms recently." Luffy denied it with a pout, but his lying skills were still so bad.

"Why shouldn't I believe it?" Lucci raised his head and smiled, his chin still resting on Luffy's shoulder. "I still remember when you were a kid, you stuffed everything into your mouth."

"I didn't!" Luffy pouted and retorted, "It's Ace who likes to steal my food, so Ace is a big idiot."

"Luffy, you are saying bad things about me here!" Ace complained when he heard Luffy calling him a big idiot as soon as he entered the infirmary, then rushed over and hugged Luffy, "Luffy, don't monopolize Luffy yourself!"

"Don't forget me!" Sabo jumped onto the bed.

"Get off quickly, this bed can't bear the weight of both of you!" Lucci shouted dissatisfiedly.

"I don't want it, Lucci, you just want to monopolize Luffy's hug." Ace said with a pout.

"Luffy." Sabo looked at Luffy with pretended pity. "Lucci won't let me hold you."

"Hehehe, no way, Sabo." Luffy immediately let go of Lucci and Ace, stretched out his hand and pounced on Sabo.

"Sabo, you are so despicable!" Ace and Lucci immediately looked at Sabo accusingly.

Lucci got off the hospital bed, stretched out his hand to Luffy in Sabo's arms, tilted his head and grinned, "Want to see Ace and my room, Luffy?"

"I'm going!"

Lucci adjusted his center of gravity, bent his knees slightly, and steadily caught Luffy who was rushing towards him, then smiled smugly at the stunned Sabo.

"You are the real despicable one, Lucci!" Ace said in amazement, then he mercilessly left the stunned Sabo behind and chased after Lucci and Luffy.

"How despicable, Lucci!" Sabo shouted angrily and chased after him.

"Sleep with me." After Luffy finished touring the room, Lucci grabbed Luffy who was passing by the bed and buried his head in his shoulder.

"Are you sleepy, Lucci?" Luffy asked in confusion, then noticed the tiredness on his face and quickly pulled him to the bed.

"A little." Lucci yawned.

"You didn't sleep all night, did you?" Ace crossed his arms and looked at the dark circles under Lucci's eyes with dissatisfaction.

"Since you said so, we'll reluctantly accompany you!" Sabo reacted before Ace and took the first position.

Ace stared in amazement at the three people lying on the bed who fell asleep quickly. Finally, he resigned himself to his fate and took out a blanket to cover the three brothers. Then he lay down in it and put his arm on Lucci to provide some warmth.

I hope that Luffy won't be unable to sleep at night. With this thought in mind, Ace also fell asleep. After all, he hasn't slept well in the past few weeks, and a cell is not a place to get a good night's sleep.

"Have a meal!!"

A voice suddenly sounded in his ears, and then a foot stepped on his abdomen. Lucci groaned in pain and was forced to wake up from his sleep. He opened his eyes and looked at Luffy's hurried back. Obviously Luffy smelled the aroma of food. Lucci thought before trying to sit up, but before he could react, Sabo had stepped over him and rushed out with Luffy.

Feeling the pain in his abdomen, Lucci groaned and lay back down on the bed. Before he could sit up again, a chuckle reached his ears. Lucci turned around and glared at Ace who was sitting safely in the chair. It was obvious that he had noticed Luffy's movements and dodged in time.

"Only a fool would fail to dodge Luffy's roll," Ace scoffed.

"Don't be complacent." Lucci snorted in dissatisfaction, then forced himself to sit up. The stiffness and pain in his neck and shoulders made him look stiff. He raised his hand to rub it, but before he could do it, another warm, calloused hand was already on his shoulder and began to massage. Lucci subconsciously shrank back and glanced at Ace who had stood behind him for some time. "Don't mess around."

"When did you become so timid?" Ace scoffed as he continued with his work.

"You know what I mean," Lucci said unhappily as he let his body relax into Ace's hands, closing his eyes and enjoying his brother's massage as his tense muscles gradually relaxed.

Seeing Lucci's alert reaction, Ace grinned, instantly recalling their time in the forest filled with play, fighting and laughter. He and Sabo discovered Lucci's weakness through an accidental touch. Who would have thought that the seemingly mature and calm boy would instantly burst into an uncontrollable smile because of the hand on his neck? Thinking of this, Ace showed a smirk on his face.

Lucci felt a shudder instantly, and immediately stood up and jumped away from Ace, glaring angrily at Ace who was still maintaining his hand movements. "You bastard! I knew you had bad intentions!"

"You're too sensitive, Lucci." Ace blinked innocently, feeling a little sorry that he reacted so quickly. "I wasn't planning on doing anything."

"Haha." Lucci looked at him sarcastically, with complete disbelief on his face.

"Okay, we'd better get to the restaurant before Luffy finishes all the food." Ace touched his nose, put his arm around the angry Luffy and walked towards the restaurant, while changing the subject, "If we're any later, we really won't have lunch."

"I wouldn't be surprised if everything is gone now." Lucci snorted and complained as Ace led him to the restaurant, "I hope Thatch can leave something for us."

When they arrived, the restaurant was in chaos, a starving Luffy was stretching out, stuffing as much food as he could into his mouth, a group of people gathered around him, mumbling about how much he had eaten, and started betting on how much he would eat this time based on previous data.
