After the Straw Hat crew assembled, led by Tea Beard, they arrived at an abandoned building. Ace quickly lit a fire to warm the children who were freezing. The samurai's feet and head were reassembled and he walked around happily, while Luffy lay on the ground in despair, grieving for his lost hind leg.
While Usopp was comforting Luffy, Nami also recounted in detail what happened when they rescued the children from the research institute. What shocked Luffy and the others the most was that Nami and the other three had actually swapped bodies. Upon hearing this news, they instantly understood the reason why Nami and the others had done something unusual.
Luffy and Usopp laughed heartily at Nami and the others after they were swapped, until they were angrily stopped by Nami, who had become Franky.
