"What a strange bunch of Marines." Luffy grinned and waved goodbye to the Marines who were waving farewell after uttering some harsh words. "Goodbye!"

“To them, we might seem rather strange,” Lucci said with a smile, watching the group of sailors waving goodbye to them.

"Is that guy coming with us too?" Zoro asked, pointing at Law who was walking ahead.

"Oh right, I haven't told you about the alliance yet," Usopp explained. "Actually, Luffy has gotten himself into another tricky situation."

"A pirate alliance." Zoro repeated, frowning, then looked at Luffy. "Are you sure, Luffy?"

"Oh! Confirmed!" Luffy flashed a bright smile, wrapped his arms around everyone with his outstretched rubber arms, and then grabbed Sunny's railing.

"stop!!"

Apart from Ace and Lucci, everyone else was covered in dust and dirt, slammed onto the deck.

"What are you doing?! Luffy!" Nami roared.

Lucci watched with amusement as Luffy instantly admitted his mistake. In any case, he was lucky to have dodged Luffy's Gum-Gum Rocket this time, and he really didn't want to experience being launched like a slingshot again. "Give up the status you've built up over a decade and become a mere pirate. But if you do that, the Marine Headquarters and the Admirals will be relentlessly pursuing you."

"If tomorrow's morning paper publishes an article about your voluntary resignation from your position as a Shichibukai, then I will contact you again; otherwise, I will consider our negotiations to have broken down!"

"Hey, wait, Law!" Doflamingo's face twisted in rage as he stared at the Den Den Mushi that had been hung up on. "That little bastard!!"

"Nami, where are we going now?"

"It's a place called Dressrosa, but you don't go straight in the direction of the center pointer. Traman specifically instructed us to take a big detour before getting there," Nami explained, looking at the pointer on her wrist.

"The plan has already begun," Law said simply, glancing at the terrified Usopp. "There's no going back now."

"What plan?" Zoro asked, frowning, his sharp eyes scrutinizing Law.

"Yeah, tell us your plan! Everyone, gather around!" Luffy shouted excitedly.

Soon everyone was sitting on the deck. Luffy excitedly looked around and noticed that Lucci wasn't there. He looked at Lucci with some confusion and asked, "Is Lucci still washing?"

"Hmm, he hasn't come out yet." Lucci noticed Luffy's confusion and replied, "You can just tell me the plan. I understand, and Lucci will understand too."

Luo glanced at Lucci, wanting to say something, but ultimately said nothing. Lucci, being the head of the family, should know that wounds shouldn't get wet…

Luffy nodded, then looked at Travis and patted him on the back with a grin. "Hehehe, we've formed an alliance with Travis's pirate crew! Our goal is to defeat the Four Emperors! Let's all be good friends!"

Luo silently held his sword, all his thoughts interrupted by the slap and those words from the Straw Hat leader. Did this kid even know what a pirate alliance was?

"One of the Four Emperors, not bad." Zoro rested his hand on the hilt of his sword, a smile of eager anticipation playing on his lips.

"Raise your hand if you disagree!" Usopp immediately raised his hand to lead the opposition, and Nami and Chopper immediately raised their hands in agreement.

Brooke, however, fully understood the current situation: "What's the point of objecting?"

"Anyway, Luffy has already made up his mind, hasn't he?" Sanji said, taking a drag of his cigarette. He fully understood that this matter was unchangeable, and no one could change Luffy's decision.
