Sirius bent down and looked at the tapestry more carefully.
Just as the psychic abilities suggested, Sirius Black may have fallen out with his family because of his pure-blood beliefs.
But this doesn't mean he doesn't love his family or doesn't want the warmth of family.
“This is my brother, a fool.” Sirius noticed Levin’s gaze and stroked the part embroidered with Regulus Black’s name.
“He’s younger than me,” Sirius said. “I’m constantly reminded that his son is much better than me.”
"But this stupid idiot... he joined the ranks of the Death Eaters."
But Levin knew that this was just a disguise. It was Regulus Black who, at the cost of his life, found yet another Horcrux for Voldemort.
"Were your parents Death Eaters too?" Levin asked.
"No, no, but believe me, they believe Voldemort's ideas are correct. They all agree on maintaining the purity of the wizarding bloodline, getting rid of Muggle-born people, and letting pure-bloods hold power."
After a pause, Sirius continued, "Of course, they weren't unique. Before Voldemort revealed his true colors, many people believed that his views on certain matters were correct..."
Levin became increasingly convinced that Sirius might dislike his parents' beliefs, but he didn't truly hate them.
"I haven't looked at this stuff for years."
“This is Phineas Nigellus… my great-grandfather, do you see him?… the most unpopular headmaster in Hogwarts history…”
But in his time, Hogwarts saw the emergence of a terrifying Dark Lord who single-handedly wiped out the rampant poachers and dark wizards known as the Ashbringer Party.
Levin added in his mind that he was thinking of the huge void beneath Hogwarts.
"And then there's Alaminta Melifren... my mother's cousin... who tried to force through a Ministry of Magic decree that would legalize the killing of Muggles..."
"And then there's my dear Aunt Eladora... She's the one who started the family tradition of cutting off the heads of house-elves when they get too old to lift a plate."
"Of course, whenever a reasonably decent person comes into the family, they declare that they are severing ties with him."
“I see Tonks’ mother’s name on it too, but like yours, it’s burnt,” Levin pointed out.
“Oh yes, Andromeda is my favorite cousin,” Sirius said happily. “Speaking of which, Tonks and I are related.”
“That’s great.” Levin smiled at him. “Sister Tonks and her parents have taken good care of me, but don’t expect me to call you uncle or anything because of that.”
"That's quite a coincidence." Sirius was also very happy. Since Andromeda also approved of Levin, it meant that he was indeed a good kid and not as worrisome as Dumbledore had said.
He remembered that after Dumbledore took him away yesterday, he emphasized the potential danger posed by Levin.
But his own experience of being rescued, and his relationship with his cousin, made him increasingly dismissive of these words.
"It's a pity I didn't recognize Nymphadora when we were in the Screaming Shack." He couldn't help but sigh as he said this.
"The last time I saw her, she was just a 9-year-old child. I never imagined she would become such an outstanding Auror in the blink of an eye. Back then, everyone listened to her, right?"
“That’s right, Tonks is Jaina’s right-hand woman,” Levin suggested. “But it’s not too late for you to get to know her again.”
“You’re right. After all these years, it’s time to visit more people.” Blake nodded in agreement. “But before that, let’s hurry up and fulfill our promise to each other.”

Chapter 238 The Black Family's Treasures
Sirius straightened up and led Levin up the stairs in the hall to the second floor.
“There are some collections over there that you might be interested in,” Blake said, pointing to the dusty glass cabinets on either side of the mantel. “Take a look.”
As he spoke, Blake tried to pull back the curtains that were completely covered.
Suddenly, Blake let out a curse, and Levin turned to look.
Several adult foxes flew out from the folds of the curtains, their beetle-like, shiny wings buzzing and flapping, their tiny, needle-like teeth peeking out, their small, delicate bodies covered in thick black fur, and their four little fists clenched tightly in anger.
Caught off guard, Blake's hand was bitten.
"I've never seen pests so rampant. What has Kreacher been doing for the past ten years?" Sirius said bitterly.
Levin casually flicked his wand, unleashing a large [Anti-Evil Magic Circle].
The vixen, such a weak and dark creature, was no match for this. They fell down like dumplings being dropped into a pot, and soon they were all dead.
"Oh, what beautiful magic, child. If you ever decide to go into the pest control business, you'll definitely be the best vixen exterminator."
Levin was both amused and exasperated by Blake's words.
The [Anti-Evil Magic Array] is an extremely effective spell against any evil creature.
Including but not limited to basilisks, chimeras, five-legged beasts, Voldemort, etc... Oh, and the last one isn't even a beast.
Blake slumped into a sunken armchair, clutching his hand.
Then, with a shout of disgust, he jumped up—
He looked down and saw that this time it was safer; it was a nest of dead puffballs.
Levin couldn't help but want to laugh.
Levin focused his attention on the cabinet in front of him.
The glass cabinet door was very dirty, and inside were many magical items.
Levin pointed his wand and cleaned the dust out of the cabinet before gently opening the door and starting to organize the items one by one.
The rusty dagger seemed to be enchanted by a blood-drawing spell.
The animal's claws look like those of a hawk.
The coiled snakeskin belongs to the African tree snake.
A decorative crystal bottle, adorned with an opal, filled with blood, exuding an aura of curse.
A silver nasal canister containing flesh tumor powder that could bite, but it was nearly destroyed by [Elemental Shout] after attempting to attack Levin.
A multi-legged, tweezer-like instrument that can crawl like a spider.
A hypnotic music box
A heavy souvenir box that no one can open.
A large collection of antique-style seals,
In addition, in a dusty box, was a Merlin First Class Medal, awarded to Sirius's grandfather for "his contributions to the Ministry of Magic".
"That means he gave them a huge amount of gold," Sirius explained dismissively.
It's people like this who diminish the value of medals.
Levin was somewhat annoyed and ashamed to be associated with him.
Levin eventually found one of the purposes of his trip: a golden locket.
He could sense that an evil soul resided within it.
It was Regulus Black who sacrificed himself to obtain the Horcrux.
Without hesitation, Levin used Soulfire on the locket, burning Voldemort's soul inside to ashes.
Soul Fragment +1.
He didn't take anything; most of these magical items looked novel, but in reality, they weren't anything special.
What was more intriguing was Boggart, who was making a lot of noise at the desk next to him.
Levin activated the Mind Barrier, locking the unfortunate guy in a small box, putting it in his bag, and then found Black.
"You didn't take anything? Well, then, a clever little wizard like you wouldn't be interested in Merlin's Medal or a gold ring," Black said, glancing at Levin's empty hands. "In that case, there's a library upstairs, if you'd like."
"Of course, that's what I want."
Aside from Horcruxes, that was Levin's real goal.
The Black family truly lives up to its reputation as the longest-standing pure-blood family; the library is filled with an impressive collection of books, with bookshelves lining all four walls and stretching from floor to ceiling.
Levin, seeing an opportunity, wanted to take out a book to read, but Blake stopped him.
“Be careful, Levin. Most of the books here are dangerous. You know, many of them have black magic on their covers.”
Levin nodded; of course he knew.
However, given his level of magic, it wouldn't be difficult for him to see through the dangers of the spellbook.
"[Advanced Secret Technique: Vision]!"
He cast a spell on himself, and instantly, the magical aura of every book on the bookshelf became clearly visible to him.
Levin took out a pair of dragon skin protective gloves that he had prepared beforehand. Just as he was about to make a move, Blake said again, "Levin, I have something else to ask."
Levin stopped again and looked at Blake.
"Please make good use of the knowledge you find in these books, and don't become a wizard like the Mystic," Black earnestly reminded the boy. Although he didn't believe Dumbledore's words were true, he felt it was necessary to offer this advice as an elder.
"By the way, don't teach Harry this knowledge yet."
In that instant, Levin suddenly had the feeling that he was a bad kid, being told by other parents not to lead their good kids astray.
Levin nodded. He would have done this even without Black reminding him, since he had promised Dumbledore.
After flipping through a few magic books, Levin found one that mentioned simplifying Animagus rituals.
After quickly flipping through it, Levin found that it was indeed helpful to him.
"Can I take the bookshelf with me?" Levin asked.
“Of course,” Sirius nodded.
But he was puzzled.
How is Levin going to move all these bookshelves?
Then he saw Levin wave his hand, and a portal opened in front of him, just like it had been in the Scream Shack passageway.
A row of wooden puppets emerged from the portal. They were tall and, like living people, lined up and entered the library. Then, in pairs, they lifted bookshelves and carried them to the other side of the portal.
“Levin, behind this door is…” Blake pointed dryly to the portal.
Even on the second occasion, he still couldn't understand the scene.
“This is a portal to my home,” Levin explained. “These are wooden golems I made. Unlike house-elves, they’re not all-purpose; they can only do manual labor.”
Levin is now trying to create more sophisticated golems capable of performing more detailed tasks.
