As expected, the real issue was trying to skip the mission later on. Kakashi and Sakura both had black lines appear on their foreheads at the same time.

Naruto's words were met with Sasuke's usual cold snort.

Seeing Sasuke's cool pose with one hand in his pocket, Naruto couldn't help but go up to Sasuke and banter with him as usual.

Mavis extended a warm invitation, while secretly checking her pockets. Once she found she had enough money, she was completely relieved and gave Sasuke a reassuring look.

Since we're going to invite Naruto and the others along, we can't let Sasuke pay for everything alone.

After all, Sasuke, who now lives alone, mainly relies on Konoha's allowance and the meager mission rewards from D-rank missions. Mavis, whose inner self is far more mature than her outward appearance, would naturally not allow Sasuke to treat so many people by himself.

When Mavis said that Sasuke was going to invite her and Zeref to dinner, Sakura, like Naruto, was somewhat taken aback.

Sakura unconsciously ignored Zeref, but Kakashi did not.

While the children were playing around, Kakashi's expression seemed nonchalant, but he was actually observing Zeref, who was standing quietly at the back and seemed to have a very low presence.

The black-haired, black-eyed boy was a few years older than Naruto and Sasuke. Compared to the still-childish Sasuke and Naruto, the boy possessed a calm and composed demeanor that even surpassed his age.

He stood quietly at the back, easily overlooked if one wasn't paying attention, but once anyone's gaze fell on the boy, no one could ignore this boy with his unique charisma.

Kakashi, who was secretly observing Zeref, suddenly met Zeref's gaze.

Kakashi then naturally looked away, just in time to hear Mavis talking about having dinner together, so he said, "Well, since that's the case, how about our Kakashi team have a long-awaited get-together?"

Seeing his students turn to look at him after hearing his words, Kakashi smiled genuinely and continued, "How about some barbecue? It's on me today."

Naruto, Sakura, and Mavis: "Okay!~"

So the group of six arrived at the barbecue restaurant in a rather grand manner, and just as they pushed open the door, they happened to see an acquaintance.

Today is probably just a coincidence.

At a table near the back of the shop, Asmaban was already enjoying his grilled meat.

Hearing the noise at the door, Asuma, who was lamenting his empty wallet with tears streaming down his face, looked up and saw Kakashi and the others. His eyes lit up immediately, and he called out enthusiastically, "Kakashi, are you guys here for barbecue too? Come on over!"

Seeing Asuma's eyes shining as if he had seen a savior, and the tall pile of grilled meat in front of Choji, Kakashi instantly understood Asuma's ulterior motives.

However, Kakashi glanced at the number of people on his side out of the corner of his eye, a smirk playing on his lips, and walked straight over. Well, it's not certain who will eat more~

Upon hearing Asuma call Kakashi's name, Shikamaru, Choji, and Ino also turned their heads to look at the doorway.

Upon seeing Sasuke, Ino's eyes lit up, and she excitedly waved and called out, "Sasuke~"

Sasuke: "..." Troublesome.

Sakura: "!!!" Rival in love!

With the addition of Kakashi's group of six, Asuma's original table was no longer enough. After putting two large tables together, the two groups sat side by side.

Ino and Sakura's eyes seemed to flash with lightning, and they each took one side and sat on either side of Sasuke.

Naruto pouted and sat down next to Sakura. Shikamaru and Choji sat on the other side of Ino without a care, while Zeref and Mavis sat opposite Kakashi and Asuma.

After waving to the shop staff to add more grilled meat, Asuma asked Kakashi with some curiosity, "It's rare to see such a large group from your class participating in an activity."

"Well, yeah," Kakashi said lazily, resting his cheek on his hand.

Not to mention Asuma, even Kakashi himself couldn't quite remember the last time the five students in Kakashi's class participated in an activity together like this.

Mavis picked up a piece of roasted meat and put it in her mouth. Her eyes lit up, and even the feather decorations on her head twitched. She said with sparkling eyes, "It's delicious!"

Choji, sitting opposite him, nodded vigorously in agreement.

On the right is Ino, who's having a competition with Sakura to frantically stuff grilled meat into Sasuke's bowl; on the left is Choji, who's engrossed in devouring grilled meat.
