Chapter 58 Vacation time is running out.
Chapter 58 Vacation time is running out.
I thought that with Gellert Grindelwald coming to teach Tom Marvolo Riddle, I could finally relax and enjoy my vacation.
The next day, before I was even fully awake, I heard a huge explosion.
He sat up in bed, rubbing his forehead, put on an outer robe, opened his room, and looked at the state of Gellert Grindelwald's room.
Tom Marvolo Riddell, who lived across from me, also poked his head out to look at what was happening in the next room.
“Gellert Grindelwald, is he dead or not? If not, say something.” The door to the room next to Tom Marvolo Riddle’s is gone, leaving only a smoking door frame.
"Cough, cough, cough, not all of them are dead yet." A figure covered in black smoke walked out of the doorway.
"If you're not dead, clean up your mess. How old are you? Still blowing up the house." The original owner of this body had seen this scene countless times before. Wasn't the original owner himself blown to death by his older brother? Keep it calm~ Keep it calm~
He slammed the door shut with a bang. How could he possibly remain calm? This was his house, damn Gellert Grindelwald.
No, I need to think of a way. If this continues, I don't know if Gellert Grindelwald will come and blow me away again, sending me through time a second time.
I was thinking of a solution, but then I fell asleep again.
When I wake up again, it's right on time according to my daily biological clock, and nothing really interferes with my punctuality in waking up.
I don't plan to leave home today. If it weren't for the two of us living here, I wouldn't want to go out at all. As a homebody, all I want to do right now is take a vacation and laze around.
I wonder if Gellert Grindelwald realizes he was wrong, because he actually cooked for us this morning. That's rare! I just don't know if it's edible.
Seeing him busy in the kitchen, I decided not to disturb him and sat on the sofa in the living room reading books I had bought around the same time.
When Tom Marvolo Riddle, the last to wake up, came downstairs, Gellert Grindelwald had already prepared breakfast, and the three of us sat at the table eating.
"Gellert Grindelwald, where's my milk? Didn't you prepare any for me?" I asked Gellert Grindelwald, noticing the milk in Tom Marvolo Riddle's glass across from me and my empty hand.
“How old are you? Do you still need to drink milk?” Gellert Grindelwald questioned my need for milk. His brother was only a few years younger than him, so why did he need to drink milk?
"Here's something for you to see. See if I need milk." He took a wand from his portable bag and handed it to Gellert Grindelwald.
When Gellert Grindelwald received the wand, which had a slightly dark blue hue, he said, "It is a wand made of phoenix feathers and pine wood."
“You even know how to make wands? Take a look at my wand now.” I said with a smile as I ate breakfast, letting Gellert Grindelwald see the condition of my wand.
“There’s a trace in here! Ayers, you’re not even an adult yet.” Gellert Grindelwald knew about the situation at Hogwarts in England. Underage wizards’ wands were protected by the Ministry of Magic’s tethering charm to prevent Muggles from seeing them use magic.
He was particularly surprised that Ayers was not an adult; according to his age, he should have been an adult long ago.
"Thank you so much. I'm old enough to be your child now." I took the wand back from him and put it in my portable backpack. I never use a wand outside because I'm afraid of the hassle, and I don't want to have anything to do with the Ministry of Magic right now.
He stood up, took the glass of milk from Tom Marvolo Riddell across from him, and drank it.

Tom Marvolo Riddell was too late to stop him; he had just drunk that glass of milk and was still astonished by what he had just heard.
The person who adopted him, Ayers Hall Grindelwald, was actually an underage wizard. The strength he had shown made it impossible to tell that he was still an underage wizard.
"You guys finish eating and clean up. I'm going upstairs to read." I picked up the book I hadn't finished reading and left on the tea table. The books I'm reading now are all from the future, and the two of us under the same roof can't read them right now.
"By the way, Gellert Grindelwald, we only have a year here. Next year, Tom Marvolo Riddle will be going to Hogwarts. You'll see the person you've been longing for! Good luck!" I teased Gellert Grindelwald with a smile, giving him such positive encouragement. I hoped that Gellert Grindelwald would teach Tom Marvolo Riddle well.
"Ha, you're just trying to make me look bad, aren't you?" Gellert Grindelwald knew perfectly well that his brother was teasing him.
In the time that followed, Gellert Grindelwald really did teach Tom Marvolo Riddle seriously, even stopping his hobby of blowing up houses. If I had known that Headmaster Dumbledore's name was so useful, I should have mentioned it sooner.
Actually, Gellert Grindelwald didn't like blowing up houses; he just liked alchemy, and he was a fairly good alchemist.
How could alchemy and potion-making research not result in explosions? The non-explosive potion-making techniques of the Church are already quite advanced; not many people can do that.
Alchemy is different; if you don't explode something, you haven't really studied it. So Gellert Grindelwald has been exploding since he was a child, even blowing up his younger brother. He's quite the genius.
However, since teaching Tom Marvolo Riddle still involved potion-making, I also provided them with the address of my family's potion shop so they could go there to make potions. The potions they made could then be sold in my shop, killing two birds with one stone.
Today, I just didn't feel comfortable lying on my big bed in my room. Suddenly, I saw my lawn and yard from the window and immediately wanted to go down and get close to nature.
The afternoon sun was warm and gentle, filtering through the leaves and casting dappled patterns of light on the lawn.
I lay on the lawn in my front yard, basking in the sunshine and letting myself completely relax.
The grass on the lawn was soft and comfortable, like a natural bed. I closed my eyes, listened to the rustling of the leaves in the breeze, and felt the scent of grass in the air.
At that moment, I felt as if I had become one with nature, and all my worries and stress gradually dissipated.
I stretched out my body, letting every inch of my skin feel the warmth of the sun.
My fingers gently touched the lawn, feeling the softness and elasticity of the grass blades.
I opened my eyes and looked at the white clouds floating in the sky. They were all different shapes; some looked like horses, some like dragons. I imagined myself drifting freely like the clouds, without any constraints or worries.
Before I knew it, I had fallen asleep.
When I woke up, the sun was already setting in the west, and a beautiful sunset glow appeared in the sky.
I stood up, stretched, and felt full of energy.
This lazy afternoon allowed me to rediscover inner peace and happiness.
I've decided to spend more time enjoying these wonderful moments in the future, making my life more fulfilling and meaningful.
