The scene shifts to downtown D City.
The younger brother has grown into a colossal figure that blots out the sky.
Those skyscrapers, often hundreds of meters tall, appear as fragile as children's building blocks in his presence, unable to even reach his knees.
He simply took a step.
"Boom - boom -!"
A street was reduced to ruins, leaving only a deep footprint.
"Hahaha, the potion works! My research is flawless!" The older brother stood on his giant younger brother's shoulders, spread his arms wide to face the raging wind, and shouted excitedly.
"With your strongest body and my unparalleled strongest brain, the two of us brothers can conquer everything in the world!"
The giant brother felt the surging power within him, raised his arm, and casually swung it.
The immense wind pressure created an invisible shockwave that swept across one tall building after another.
The once sturdy reinforced concrete is as fragile as paper in the face of wind pressure. In an instant, the once bustling city center was turned into a devastated wasteland.
“That’s right…this is the power I need!” the giant’s younger brother said excitedly.
Looking down at the city, which resembled a tiny sand table model, he felt even more excited.
"Even the so-called 'strongest man on earth,' King, is nothing more than an ant that can be crushed with a flick of his wrist in the face of this absolute power!"
"Well done! My brother!" The older brother's eyes gleamed as he pointed into the distance and gave the next instruction.
"After crushing everything here, let's move on to the next city! Let the whole world tremble before our power!"

Hero Association Headquarters.
Around the huge circular conference table, a group of core members of the association sat together, their faces filled with solemnity and horror, the atmosphere so oppressive it seemed as if water could drip from it.
"Breaking report! The damaged area of City D has exceeded 80%... no, just updated, it's 83%! And, that giant is heading towards City C..."
The voice of one of the intelligence reporting staff members was trembling as he watched live footage transmitted from a high-altitude drone on the screen in front of him.
"Damn it! Where did this monster come from?" An official slammed his fist on the table in anger.
"That's not the point right now!" a stout but sharp-eyed cadre said in a deep voice.
"Sound the alarm immediately! Notify S-class heroes to proceed to the target location! At the same time, utilize all available media channels to urgently evacuate all civilians from the Titans' path! At all costs!"
He took a deep breath and made his final ruling:
"This disaster will be classified as—'Dragon' level!"
"Dragon" level! This word struck the hearts of everyone present like a heavy hammer.
This means that the incident could lead to the destruction of several cities, representing the highest level of disaster warning currently in effect.
Everyone tensed up, then jumped to their feet and shouted, "Understood!"
Chapter 22 The Trembling Tornado
"Drip! Drip! Drip!"
A sudden, shrill ringtone interrupted Lin Mo and Qi Yu from playing a game.
Lin Mo answered the phone. Immediately, Jess's extremely anxious voice came from the other end.
"Hello! Is this Mr. KING? Emergency! A strangely large monster has appeared in D City, with astonishing destructive power!"
"The association has issued a 'Dragon' level disaster alert and is urgently notifying S-class heroes to engage the enemy! The situation is extremely critical, please arrive at the scene as soon as possible to provide support!"
A gigantic monster!?
Lin Mo's heart skipped a beat. Could this be... the giant's younger brother?
He quickly recalled the plot of the original story in his mind, and calculated that it was indeed about time. But... a crucial problem was...
One-Punch Man is still getting wrecked by the monsters in the beginner village!
Lin Mo turned to look at Saitama, who was still clutching his bald head in frustration over losing the game, and calmly replied to the other end of the phone, "I understand, I'll be there as soon as possible."
He then decisively hung up the phone, grabbed Saitama's arm, and rushed out without saying a word.
"Hey! Why are you in such a hurry?"
Saitama was completely bewildered by this sudden action. He was being dragged along passively, but he still managed to glance back at the game, thinking, "My game save! And aren't you going to take the computer?"
"The staff will keep it safe for us!" Lin Mo said loudly without turning his head, his steps not faltering at all.
"Strange beings are attacking! We need to get there quickly!"
"Oh? A weirdo?"
Upon hearing those two words, Saitama instantly perked up. He stopped and grabbed Lin Mo's arm, saying, "Hold on tight!"
Before Lin Mo could react, he felt an irresistible force coming at him.
The next second, the scenery before his eyes blurred instantly, and all he could hear was the howling wind. He even felt as if his soul was about to be thrown out.
"There's no need to be this fast!"
------
The giant brother, who is thousands of meters tall, has turned half the city into ruins.
Human armies were like fragile toys in his presence; missile attacks couldn't even leave a scratch on his skin.
"See that, little brother!" The older brother stood on the giant's broad shoulders, arms outstretched, laughing maniacally.
"This is absolute power! This is the world that we brothers will rule!"
“That’s right!” the giant’s younger brother replied in a gruff voice.
He raised his palm and slammed it towards the Hero Association branch building in the city center. "Even King, in front of me..."
Before he could finish speaking, a powerful force stopped his fist from going any further.
"What?" The brother's maniacal laughter froze.
The two brothers looked on in astonishment.
Above them, a petite figure hovered silently. Her green curly hair swayed in the wind, and her emerald eyes were filled with coldness.
"You're the 'Dragon' level monster, aren't you?" Tatsumaki's lips curled up involuntarily. "King didn't come, did he? Looks like I won this bet."
"You are... a hero?" The older brother narrowed his eyes, then burst into an even louder laugh.
"Hahaha! Is the Hero Association out of talent? They actually sent such a greenhorn to her death!"
"Brother! Crush her!"
"Roar--!"
The giant brother roared furiously, and with his other free arm, he swung it down hard at the tornado.
The force of the punch instantly blew away the remaining buildings on the ground, creating a devastating shockwave.
However, in the face of this earth-shattering attack, Tornado merely curled her lip in disdain.
She didn't even move a finger.
The enormous fist stopped abruptly again, dozens of meters away from her.
A visible, semi-transparent green barrier perfectly protected her. No matter how much the giant exerted force, that thin barrier remained unmoved and indestructible.
"How...is this possible?!" The older brother's eyes almost popped out of their sockets.
"Too slow." Tornado picked at her ear listlessly. "And the strength is too weak, it's like tickling an itch."
She raised her hand, her icy gaze fixed on her brother perched on the giant's shoulder.
"You're more annoying to me than this big guy, you buzzing fly all over him."
Before she finished speaking, she simply waved her hand lightly.
"what--!"
The older brother felt an irresistible force grab him, instantly pulling him off his younger brother's shoulder and slamming him into a distant abandoned building like trash, his fate unknown.
Upon seeing this, the giant's brother became utterly enraged.
He unleashed even greater power, repeatedly pounding his fists against the tornado's barrier in an attempt to break it.
The earth-shattering power was like a nuclear bomb blasting the ground, unleashing a series of sonic booms, and the ground beneath the giant's brother's feet even began to sink continuously.
But the pale green barrier remained completely unmoved.
"This boring charade should end now."
Tornado completely lost her patience. She didn't want to waste any more time with this giant; she still needed to win her bet with King.
"Let me show you what true power is."
She slowly raised her head, her gaze piercing through the thick atmosphere, looking towards the deep and boundless universe.
She opened her palms and looked towards the mysterious starry sky.
"Om-!"
An unimaginably powerful superpower shot into the sky from her center, traversing tens of thousands of kilometers to reach the asteroid belt outside Earth.
The Hero Association members, who were monitoring everything via satellite, witnessed a scene they would never forget.
In the clear daytime sky, a "star" appeared without warning.
No, those aren't stars.
It was a huge black dot burning with a long tail of flame, and it was growing bigger and bigger at an incredible speed!
"What...what is that?" At the Hero Association headquarters, a staff member pointed at the screen, his voice trembling uncontrollably.
"It's...a meteorite?" The fat cadre's eyes widened, and all the color drained from his face.
"She...she pulled a meteorite down from outer space?!"
On the ground, the giant's younger brother also felt the terrifying pressure that was enough to destroy everything.
