Standing atop the highest point of Mary Geoise, Isaac looked down upon the land that had once ruled the continent, and a subtle emptiness welled up within him. This world was now invincible to him; the Five Elders, Im… all obstacles had been destroyed by his own hand. Yet he knew he was far from reaching the limits of his power. The system reminded him that the world before him was merely one link in the chain of countless realms, and in higher dimensions, there existed supreme beings beyond this world, awaiting his challenge!

"Isaac, you have reached the pinnacle of this world. Do you wish to open the 'Gate of All Heavens'?" The system's cold notification sounded in his mind.

Isaac smiled slightly, his eyes gleaming with fanaticism: "The Gate of All Heavens? Of course it must be opened! I will let every ruler of every world know who the true Chosen One is!"

Just as he made his firm decision, a colossal golden portal descended from the sky, its surface engraved with countless runes and radiating a divine light that was impossible to look directly at. That portal was like a bridge connecting the heavens, bringing together countless unknown worlds before Isaac's eyes—Dragon Ball, Naruto, Bleach, Attack on Titan… countless worlds rushed towards him, each containing immense power and countless challenges.

"Choose the first world to challenge." The system notification sounded authoritative and unquestionable.

Isaac didn't rush into a decision, but instead carefully sensed the aura of each world. In his eyes, these worlds of powerful beings were the ladders he was about to climb. He smiled and said softly, "Let's start with the Dragon Ball world! It's teeming with powerful beings, perfect for me to test my skills!"

As he made his choice, the Gate of All Heavens emitted a dazzling light, instantly engulfing Isaac. When the light gradually faded, he found himself on an unfamiliar planet. Isaac looked around; the sky was azure, and he realized he had been transported to a planet in the Dragon Ball universe.

"Hmph." He raised a slight smile, gently waving his hand as he sensed the unique spiritual energy fluctuations of this world. Just as he was observing, several powerful auras were rapidly approaching, accompanied by strong energy fluctuations, seemingly indicating that some kind of creature was displaying high-intensity combat power.

"Boom—" With a loud bang, the distant mountain collapsed instantly, smoke and dust filled the air, accompanied by a deafening roar.

Isaac's gaze sharpened as he saw several figures soaring into the sky from the mountain peaks, locked in fierce combat. He narrowed his eyes, recognizing one of the colossal, purple-skinned creatures, its massive size and radiant heat—it was none other than Frieza, the Emperor of the Universe!

"Frieza?" Isaac's lips curled into a slight smile, his eyes filled with disdain. This cosmic emperor, renowned throughout the Dragon Ball universe, was nothing more than a clown in his eyes.

Just then, Frieza seemed to sense Isaac's presence, suddenly stopping and looking at him warily. A hint of surprise and uncertainty flickered in his cold and evil eyes; he sensed that Isaac's strength far exceeded his expectations.

"Who are you?" Frieza asked with a cold laugh, his tone filled with intimidation. "How dare you trespass on my territory? You're asking for trouble, aren't you?"

Isaac scoffed and said calmly, "I am the ruler of the heavens, and I will eventually rewrite the order of this world."

Frieza's expression changed slightly, then he sneered, "Hmph, quite the boast. Let me see if you have the guts to be arrogant!"

Before he finished speaking, Frieza charged towards Isaac like an arrow, simultaneously gathering a violent energy wave and blasting it towards him. The terrifying energy wave seemed to tear the earth apart, distort the air, and its oppressive force shrouded everything in shadow.

Isaac smiled coldly, raised his hand slightly, and an invisible force instantly enveloped the entire area. Just as Frieza was about to strike him, time suddenly froze. Frieza was horrified to find that his body was completely immobilized, his eyes filled with disbelief.

"This power... impossible! How could you possibly manipulate time?" Frieza's voice was filled with fear; this unprecedented power had completely thrown him into a panic.

"Before me, you are nothing but a plaything." Isaac waved his hand, and Frieza's body was instantly enveloped by an invisible force, pulled into the air without any power to resist, writhing in pain. His power had completely surpassed the conventional energy system of the Dragon Ball world; he didn't even bother to fight Frieza.

Just as he was about to completely defeat Frieza, several powerful auras instantly approached. Goku, Vegeta, and several other Z Fighters appeared in the air, their eyes warily fixed on Isaac.

Wukong said in a deep voice, "No matter who you are, don't even think about causing trouble here!"

Isaac looked at these powerful figures from the "Dragon Ball Universe," a hint of disdain flashing in his eyes. He said calmly, "Very well, let me show you what true invincible power is."

Goku and Vegeta exchanged a glance, nodded, and instantly unleashed their strongest forms, their bodies radiating golden light. They charged at Isaac, each punch carrying devastating power, distorting the surrounding space. However, these attacks were like paper before Isaac.

With a simple wave of his hand, Isaac caused the surrounding space to fold automatically, and Goku and Vegeta's attacks were neutralized as if they had been thrown into the sea, unable to touch him at all.

Wukong was utterly shocked and gritted his teeth as he shouted, "This... how is this possible?!"

Vegeta was even more enraged, and he roared in resentment, "What kind of monster are you?!"

“A monster?” Isaac sneered. “I am the agent of destiny, and all the worlds will eventually submit to me.”

As soon as he finished speaking, he unleashed a vast power with a wave of his hand, instantly blasting Goku and Vegeta back. The two felt a sharp pain in their chests, as if they had been struck by a gigantic hammer, and fell to the ground, their faces pale.

Wukong struggled to his feet, still refusing to give up. He gritted his teeth and said, "I won't give up... No matter how strong you are, I will become stronger!"

Isaac scoffed, "Overestimating yourself. Even if you were given countless opportunities, you couldn't surpass the power of destiny."

However, just as Isaac was about to deliver the final blow to Goku, the system suddenly issued a warning:

[Warning! Backlash from the cosmic rules detected! You are being targeted by the will of the Dragon Ball universe; your superdimensional power is initially restricted!]

Isaac's expression shifted slightly as he realized that his seemingly invincible power in this world was not without its flaws. The rules of the Dragon Ball universe had begun to counteract him, forcibly suppressing a portion of his power.

“Interesting…” Isaac’s lips curled up slightly, a smile playing on his lips rather than anger. “It seems the will of this world is not content to be dominated by me.”

Taking advantage of the opportunity, Wukong regained some of his power and unleashed a powerful aura once more. His fighting strength surged, and his eyes were filled with unwavering determination: "No matter who you are, I won't let you defeat me so easily!"

Isaac sneered, "Very well, I'd like to see how long you can last as the strongest warrior in this universe!"

Goku roared and instantly entered Super Saiyan Blue form, his energy surging like a tidal wave as he charged towards Isaac. However, Isaac simply raised his hand, and an invisible force field was instantly released, completely enveloping Goku and almost suffocating him.

"Boom—" With a loud bang, Wukong was slammed to the ground by the force field. His body crashed to the ground, and he kept spitting blood, but he remained unyielding.

Just then, a brilliant light suddenly appeared in the sky, illuminating the entire earth as if a god had descended. Isaac looked up, a hint of surprise flashing in his eyes, and saw a mysterious figure clad in divine robes slowly appear—it was Vis!

"Wukong, you've done your best. Leave the rest to me," Whis said with a smile, his face gentle yet exuding an undeniable authority.

Isaac frowned slightly and said coldly, "Another nuisance has arrived, and it turns out to be a servant of the God of Destruction..."

Weiss smiled slightly and calmly looked at Isaac: "It seems you are not from this world. The order of the heavens cannot be violated. Are you planning to challenge the authority of the God of Destruction?"

Isaac said calmly, "No matter who it is, I will set the rules for this world!"

Weiss nodded slightly, a gentle smile still in his eyes: "Then, please be prepared to face the God of Destruction."
