Chapter 165 The Final Victor

Picking up where we left off, the David Showdown has reached its third round. The roller skating race ended with the Straw Hat crew's third consecutive victory. However, Luffy and Robin readily accepted Killarin's request to continue the race. Meanwhile, Yukina from the Foxy Pirates was finally able to stand up steadily...

So, in the fourth round of the third match, it was Robin, the historian of the Straw Hat Pirates, versus Killerin, the fishman of the Foxy Pirates. When the match started, the two of them shot out at the same time, and their speeds were evenly matched. Twenty seconds later, the defenders set off, and Yukina, who had finally learned to roller skate, kept pace with Luffy at a speed that was no less than his.

Just as the fishman Killarin was about to be eliminated, Yukina swung a pink whip from her right hand, entangled Killarin, and pulled him back to the arena. Once back on the field, Killarin immediately accelerated to create distance, while Yukina transformed the whip into a long scythe, successfully delaying Luffy...

Meanwhile, Robin's 30 seconds were up, and Foxy was preparing to unleash his next Slowing Ray. Seeing this, Usopp and Nami suddenly came up with a plan. So, just as Foxy was about to strike again, Nami and Usopp began to take turns praising and mocking him...

Be quiet!" The Foxy Pirates fell into a deathly silence upon seeing this. Goten, who had just come to his senses, said in bewilderment, "Huh? Shouldn't the match be over already? We've already won three matches."

Nami asked curiously, "Hey, Goten, didn't you only collapse after you heard the opponent continue the match?"

Upon hearing this, Wutian asked in confusion, "Continue the match? I think I heard a bit, but not the whole thing. Oh well, it's over anyway. So, is the match finished?"

Upon hearing this, Usopp immediately answered Goten's question: "The only remaining battle is between Luffy and Setsuna..."

The final match is between Straw Hat Pirates captain Luffy and Foxy Pirates rookie Yukina. This is the last showdown, and all the Straw Hat crew members except Luffy are present, as are the Foxy Pirates. It seems that this time, a fair and square match is finally going to take place.

Thus, the third round of the David vs. Chopper battle ended with the Straw Hat crew winning 4-1. Chopper rejoined the crew, but Foxy, dissatisfied, immediately shouted at them, "Wait! Straw Hat! Doesn't that mean neither side gained or lost any members? Doesn't that mean it's a draw? I don't accept that result, therefore..."

With that, Foxy decisively pulled out three coins and declared with unwavering conviction, "I challenge you to three more rounds of the David Challenge, and this time we must settle this once and for all!" He then fired the first shot to declare war.
