[Obtained: Wolf's Brain Remnants]
[Introduction: Rob the Wolf is very likely one of the creatures with the strongest self-healing ability in the DC universe. Even if he only has one drop of blood left, he can fully recover.]
However, given Wolf's immense power—enough to rival the Kryptonian Child—many things have injured him over the years, but the number of times his head has been blown off is extremely limited. This time was one of them.
With that explosion, the brains of the maniac flying against the wind were released from the mental control that had been placed on the wolf, and at the same time, his manic and chaotic nature was restored.
You might be able to use it to summon Batman from a parallel universe.
But could something summoned by reverting to its mad and chaotic nature after its brains explode be something peaceful and serene?
["My head! Ah, it's okay, I won't die without my head. But some people are going to be headless! The only tough guy will crush their heads!"]

【The Berserker Bat】
[Danger Level: A]
In the major event "Darkest Night," the Black Lantern rings, parallel to the seven emotional spectrums, begin to spread rapidly throughout the universe. The Black Lantern Legion controls every dead person and completely copies their memories and abilities from their previous life, until they devour all life in the universe, returning the universe to its past dark state.
In the darkest night of the main universe, Sinestro, the leader of the Yellow Lantern Legion, found the White Lantern Beast "Spirit of Existence" existing on Earth, and the Spirit of Existence is the nemesis of the Black Lanterns.
Therefore, the Black Lantern Beast, which represents death, attempted to separate the White Lantern Beast's "Spirit of Existence" from Sinestro. In the critical moment, Sinestro generously shared the power of the White Lantern with everyone.
This act of justice transformed Green Lantern Hal Jordan and many members of the Justice League into White Lanterns, successfully repelling the Black Lantern invasion.
However, in one of the dark multiverses, everything went in the worst possible way.
Sinestro in that universe was too arrogant; he refused to share the White Lantern power he had acquired with anyone. This behavior directly led to all the Lantern members slowly exhausting themselves in the sea of Black Lantern corpses, and then being killed one by one.
After everyone died, Sinestro was filled with remorse, knowing that his selfishness had ruined the entire universe.
He was once the greatest Green Lantern, but he was afraid. He was afraid that Hal Jordan would surpass him after possessing the power of the White Lantern Ring, and he was afraid that he would no longer be unique after sharing this gift with others.
But it was too late for regrets now; all was lost. To live in humiliation was worse than suicide. So Sinestro attempted suicide with the White Lantern Ring amidst countless Black Lantern corpses. However, he failed to die; possessed by the White Lantern, he couldn't even truly die.
Sinestro had just died, and half of his body was controlled by the Black Lantern. He became a half-alive, half-dead being, half White Lantern and half Black Lantern. Even his abilities changed. The White Lantern could originally revive anyone, but now Sinestro can only revive others for a short time before quickly turning back into a Black Lantern corpse.
The darkest night descended, and almost all life in the universe was wiped out in just 19 days.
During this period, it wasn't that no one resisted; for example, Batman did.
In the early days of the darkest night, the entire human world collapsed, but Batman still tried to maintain order in Gotham City.
To save the city, which was overrun by Black Lantern zombies and doomed to destruction, Batman injected himself with Zanian DNA, which came from Robb the Wolf. This DNA would give Batman the same physique as Robb, allowing him to use his own cells to replicate the Zanian DNA and forcibly break free from the control of the Black Lantern ring.
Batman succeeded; he truly became the Batman of Death, though at the cost of completely abandoning his former principles. He killed and destroyed countless thugs who were looting and killing in the chaos of the Black Lantern zombies, while also fending off a large number of Black Lantern zombies.
But he failed. The Darkest Night was inevitable, and no matter how long the Berserker Bat persisted, it was meaningless. As one by one, the people under the Berserker Bat's protection turned into Blackout Corpses, the Berserker Bat tried many methods, but remained powerless.
He had tried to inject the civilians with Zanian DNA as well, but those ordinary people were not Bruce Wayne; they lacked the honed physique and unwavering will of the Son of Gotham. Injecting them with DNA would only hasten their deaths.
The Berserker Bat has gone mad. In an attempt to save everyone, he even tries to conduct human experiments on the few people he protects. He tries to develop a gentle method to absorb Zanian DNA, but his actions only cause the people to flee from him in terror.
"If only a method for gently absorbing DNA could be developed, if only such a method could be developed, everyone could be saved..." This belief sustained Berserker Bat, who went out every day to capture innocent civilians for human experiments. He firmly believed that if his experiments succeeded, he could save everyone, and that the sacrifices of those who died screaming in human experiments would be worthwhile.
Finally, one day, the Berserker Bat succeeded. He successfully made an ordinary person absorb the Zanian DNA, and the Berserker Bat was overjoyed.
He was as happy as a child and ran to tell the old butler Alfred the good news, but in the old butler's room he only saw Alfred turned into a black-light corpse.
The old butler who used to prepare breakfast for him every day now just screams and tries to hug his dearest little Bruce.
The Berserker Bat allowed the old butler, who had already turned into a Black Lantern Corpse, to embrace him. The old butler's bites, under the influence of the Zanian DNA, were unable to cause the Berserker Bat to fall into the Black Lantern.
The rabid bat just kept letting the old butler gnaw on it... because...
That would be the last time the old butler would hug him.
After his initial grief, Killer Bat attempts to help the ordinary man who successfully integrated Zanian DNA save more people. Although he was a complete stranger to the man who had successfully integrated the DNA, Killer Bat holds onto hope.
He thought the darkest night would eventually pass, he thought he could rebuild his home from the ruins, he thought there would still be people on Earth who survived, somewhere he couldn't see, he thought he could wash the blood off his hands and then deceive himself with "all of this is to save humanity, all of this is meaningful".
however……
Without the spirit of the White Lantern, even the person who barely accepted the Zanian DNA still couldn't become as powerful as Batman. The Zanian DNA within him wasn't enough for him to use the division of his own cells to counteract the Black Lantern's control, just like Killing Bat.
Those cells gave the Berserker Bats a false impression; discussing toxicity without considering dosage is meaningless. The companion who received the DNA was able to withstand the Blacklight energy in the lab simply because his cells divided faster than that pitiful amount of Blacklight energy.
However, once the splitting speed can't keep up with the injection of black light energy, the subsequent result is predictable.
So when Killing Bat returned to the Batcave with the food and fresh water he had gathered, hesitating to tell his companion that he still hadn't found a single living human that day, he saw that the Batcave was full of Black Lantern corpses howling at the sky, and leading them was none other than his companion whom he had once thought had merged with the Zanian DNA and would never be controlled by the Black Lantern again.
At his companion's table, Berserker Bat saw an unfinished bat sandwich, like an awkward attempt by someone who had never made such a strange sandwich before.
However, by this time, the sandwich was completely stained with the blood of the Blacklight corpse... and was no longer edible. As food, this sandwich was beyond saving, just like this world.
So, in the very end, Killer Bat sat alone on the Dripping Beast of Gotham's Wayne Tower. Beside him was Alfred, the old butler who had been turned into a Black Lantern Corpse and chained to the Batplane. And at his feet lay Gotham, a city teeming with Black Lantern Corpses.
There was no one left alive, and when he went out, he couldn't find any other people.
The Killer Bat has gone mad, but in a universe like this, no one will send him to Arkham Asylum anymore.

[WARNING! WARNING! The Batman in this parallel universe is far too powerful, and will severely damage Batman's morality and reduce his sanity to an extreme level!]
[Warning! Warning! Batman's danger level detected: D]
[At his current level, Batman is incapable of withstanding the contamination from a Batman of Class A danger level!]
[Activating mandatory protocol protection strategy: overcharge protection.]
[Batman #52, the protocol will automatically protect your sanity from damage. At your current danger level, you can only synchronize with "Batman Killer" for a maximum of thirty minutes.]
Chen Tao read through the character diary of Mad Bat for a while, and then fell into a slight silence.
Even through the descriptions in words alone, he could still feel that immense sense of powerlessness.
Fortunately, Chen Tao knew the ending of "Dark Multiverse: The Darkest Night".
Sinestro, the White Lantern, pinned Robb the Wolf against the Origin Wall as a source of energy and restarted the Creation Wave.
The creation wave, originating from the Origin Wall, swept across the entire universe at a speed faster than the speed of light, erasing every black light that existed in the world. As the life form closest to the creation wave, Sinestro even gained immortality.
In the darkness, new life began to take shape. Accelerated by the Creation Wave, these lives evolved at an unimaginable pace; within just a few months, they stood on their own two feet, formed tribes, and created language. Their genes all came from the Zanian DNA of the Berserker Wolves. In a sense, this was the world the Killing Bats had envisioned—a world brimming with life and hope.
"Hey, are you even listening to the only tough guy?" The wolf's voice interrupted Chen Tao's thoughts as he raised the hook in his hand.
"I'm going to chop Maxwell Lord's head into pieces!"
Chen Tao, of course, wouldn't allow him to do that. He was still contemplating the tragic life of the Berserker Bat, completely unaware that to outsiders he appeared to be standing there blankly, like an NPC who had lost control of someone else.
Then the wolf's voice followed:
"Batman, are you fucking stupid? Standing there like that, did Maxwell Lord mess with your brain?"
Chen Tao snapped out of his daze and glared at the wolf.
How dare you speak like that?
Be careful, or I might pin you to the Origin Wall and use you as the guiding energy source for the Creation Wave.
"It's all over, Wolf," Chen Tao said. "While you were lying in bed sleeping, I finished dealing with Maxiville Lord. You know, if you weren't involved in the operation, you shouldn't have gotten a share of the money or any spoils. Maxiville Lord now belongs to me, and you have no right to touch my spoils."
Chen Tao asked, "This isn't your first day as a mercenary, is it?"
"Yes." Wolfman stared at Batman for a moment, then reluctantly admitted with a smirk, "You helped me get rid of Maxwell Lord's voodoo trick. Although Maxwell Lord didn't make me do anything I wouldn't normally do, a true man of steel won't be manipulated by anyone. So I owe you a favor."
Wolf lit a cigar, walked up to Batman, and stubbed it out on the man's chest armor.
"So this also means that if you have work to do, no matter how crazy or insane it is."
"The only true hero will serve you for free once; the only true hero never goes back on his word."
Amanda Waller also appeared not far away, with the bloody movement following beside him.
She didn't know when she had returned to the scene where the Wolf Warrior had been defeated, and beside him, Captain Boomerang whispered something to her.
Amanda Waller's eyes flickered upon hearing that Logan the Wolf could revive even after his head was blown off. She hadn't actually known this before; after all, although she had successfully captured Logan and brought him into her original Suicide Squad, she wasn't really familiar with him, certainly not as familiar as Batman.
But just because she's unfamiliar with Amanda Waller doesn't mean she can't use her. She even dared to get her hands on the Dark Heart that sealed the Sky Eclipse first, so the matter of the Wolf Explosion is nothing to her.
She whispered to the Bloodstained Movement, "Try to get some wolf blood later, we might..."
"...Very well. But before we discuss your service to me, there's something else I want to tell you. Although you're not entitled to my spoils, if you want revenge on Amanda Waller, I won't stop you."
However, not far away, Chen Tao's words made Amanda Waller freeze.
"Oh, really? That's perfect."
The wolf immediately turned its gaze to Amanda Waller: "So you're the one who arrested me?"
