Snape pursed his lips.

He never imagined that there would be a time when things would be so unbearable.

The boy never showed him a trusting smile again, nor did he greet him happily as "Professor."

His every move now resembles that of a Slytherin.

Indifferent, yet polite.

He couldn't find a single fault with it, yet he was filled with anger.

He didn't know why he was angry.

Perhaps the students lately have been too stupid?

The potions that Darren and Potter brought were worlds apart.

He stormed around the Potions classroom, his anger barely contained as he looked at everyone.

“Miss Compass, if you still have a brain, you should know that there are two seconds left before you can add the medicine… Add it! What are you looking at me for? Are you an idiot?”

"Mr. Peña, did I tell you to add this herb? Are you blind? Can't you see what's written on it?"

"Longbottom! You idiot, if you blow up the cauldron again, I'll throw your toad in!"

“Mr. Fidillon, what are you doing? Why don’t you put your monstrous brain in a pot and boil it? What did you put in? Redo it!”

With a wave of his hand, many students' crucibles were emptied.

This means that the potion needs to be made anew.

All the hard work and effort has been lost.

Harry hid in a corner, his mind elsewhere, so his swelling potion was too diluted.

To avoid being noticed by Snape, he made sure Ron stood outside.

Unfortunately, after criticizing those students, Snape went straight to Harry's side.

"Hmph, what did I say? I said how much to put in? One ounce. How much did you put in? Redo it!"

Snape waved his wand.

Harry's potion disappeared.

He had no choice but to start all over again.

But as soon as he added water, Snape turned around again.

"Who told you to fill the container with so much water? Even a troll would be disappointed and leave after seeing your brain!"

Harry was trembling with anger.

They always add more water first, then scoop out the excess. Snape said they weren't skilled enough to do it that way, but now they're scolding him again.

"Bear with it for a moment, and think about what you need to do today!"

Ron stepped on Harry's foot.

Harry took a deep breath and refrained from arguing with Snape.

He then added the herbs, and after the pot boiled, just as he was about to finish simmering it, Snape turned around again.

"Porter, you failed. Redo it!"

Snape waved his wand.

"Some people are just stupid and completely unsuitable for studying Potions. I think we should advise Dumbledore to expel all such students!"

His words were clearly directed at Harry.

"It smells amazing!"

"Hahaha!"

"It's just..."

Crabbe and Gore burst into laughter.

Malfoy made a face at Harry.

Harry clenched his fist and, seeing Darren's concerned look, quickly shook his head.

Because if Darren intervenes, Snape will become even more enthusiastic.

Snape would deduct so many points from Gryffindor that he would cry.

Endure it!

Harry endured it for a long time, and finally found an opportunity.

He pulled out a Molotov cocktail made by Fred and his team from his pocket.

While Snape was turning away to reprimand someone else, he secretly threw it into Goyle's cauldron...

Bomb them until they cry!

Darren was reading a book in his seat when he heard a commotion.

[Ding! Detecting the presence of the Father System near the host, a temporary mission is issued: Stand to Snape's right side and, after being slashed on the face with a knife, anxiously say: "Professor, watch out!"]

[Ding! Quest completed. You have gained +2 to your Potion-Making Talent. Do you wish to accept the quest?]

[Receive]

Darren looked back.

Sure enough, Gore's crucible suddenly exploded, with the swelling potion inside splattering everywhere, as if something in the pot was setting off fireworks.

Moreover, as the swelling medicine splattered, Gore's cauldron could no longer hold on.

It grew to enormous size and then suddenly slammed into Snape's back.

Darren immediately stepped in front of Snape on his right, and a small knife grazed Darren's face amidst the explosion of the potion.

But he seemed completely oblivious, anxiously saying, "Professor, be careful!"

[Ding! Congratulations, host, for completing the mission. You have gained +2 to your Potion Talent.]

Darren accepted the reward, but before he could even pull out his wand to blow up the cauldron, he heard Snape's angry voice shout, "Obstacles!"

The crucible was blocked in front of Darren.

Then, as if hitting a wall, it fell limply off the wall.

However, the swelling-inducing solution inside continued to spray out.

Caught off guard, Snape was splashed with the swelling potion onto his palm, and he angrily pointed his wand at it.

Because the magic wasn't controlled properly, a small wound remained on the surface after the swelling potion's effects were removed.

Snape paid no attention; his attention was entirely focused on Darren.

"Potter, are you crazy? You caught the cauldron with your face? Why don't you just throw your own head...?"

Snape roared angrily, but he couldn't finish the roar.

When he saw those eyes looking at him with remorse, all his anger dissipated.

Was the child trying to save him just now?

why?

Didn't you hate him?

Haven't we decided to treat each other like strangers from now on?

Why did I want to save him again?

Could it be that the little brat's kindness is acting up, or that he's just overthinking things?

Snape was almost disgusted with his own performance; why...?

He suddenly raised his palm.

For some reason, the blood on his palm seemed to subtly resonate with the bloodstain on Potter's face.

Chapter 218 I still don't pay attention to him?!

"Dumbledore, what did you send me here for?"

Snape walked into Dumbledore's office with a disgruntled expression. He felt that every time he entered the old man's office, he would become very angry.

"Oh, calm down, Severus. It really wasn't appropriate to call you so late."

But I still hope you can help me find out who put the curse on Harry's ball!

A curse?

Snape remembered how terrified the little brat had become earlier that day after Harry Potter was injured.

He scoffed and said impatiently, "What's there to investigate? It must have been those Slytherin guys who did it."

Otherwise, it couldn't have been Death Eaters who rushed in and cast a curse on Harry Potter.
