Dumbledore asked with interest.

They've clearly gotten used to Trelawney's style of predicting other people's deaths every day.

But Harry quickly shook his head.

"No, it's a real prophecy...maybe. Anyway, Professor Trelawney said yesterday...Voldemort's servant will return to him at midnight, and that his servant will help him regain power...and then she returned to normal. I think it was a real prophecy...so, could Peter Pettigrew's escape be......"

Harry quickly stopped himself from speaking and looked at Darren with concern.

Sure enough, Darren's face turned pale.

“Oh, Darren, it’s not your fault, it’s just that Peter Pettigrew was too cunning…”

Harry quickly comforted him.

However, Dumbledore interrupted him.

He said softly, “Darren, don’t blame yourself. I think it’s a very noble thing… Well, maybe I should say this: if your parents saw Peter, they would definitely do the same thing as you.”

They've always been kind... Oh, your dad was so naughty at school, even a bit annoying.

But he still wouldn't make the decision to kill their former friends.

Darren's eyes were a little red.

He said in a hoarse voice, "Professor, I miss them very much. When I saw Sirius yesterday, I almost thought I saw my father."

I think that's probably how Dad should have treated me... I know I'm overthinking it; they're gone. I'm just always projecting other people onto them.

"Child, do you really think they're gone?"

No, they are in your heart. You love them, so they will always exist... Love will always be in your hearts.

The end of the semester is fast approaching.

No one knows what exactly happened that night.

Apart from Harry and the others directly involved, no one else knew the truth.

That night, besides Buckbeak and Sirius running away, Peter Pettigrew also slipped away.

Malfoy was furious about Buckbeak's departure; he looked like he wanted to cut Hagrid in half at the waist in the Great Hall.

But back in Slytherin, he seemed to have forgotten about it, playing wizard chess with Crabbe and Goyle.

During the last week of term time, Snape treated Harry like he was a bug or a dung beetle.

He seemed ready to give Harry an Avada Kedavra at any moment.

This made Harry extremely upset.

Thankfully, the holiday is almost here.

When they received their report cards, they finally realized the truth.

Darren's grades were all perfect scores, as always.

He is so outstanding that all the teachers who see him are amazed by his excellent character and academic performance.

Hermione's grades were also excellent.

However, she still insisted on canceling her Muggle research.

Her class schedule was finally back to normal.

Finally, they boarded the train back home.

Harry was extremely disappointed.

For a brief moment, he thought he could go to Sirius's house for summer vacation, but now that's all gone.

There was no news of Sirius Black, and Lupin had also left, his whereabouts unknown.

He could only return to the Dursleys.

Even though the Dursleys treated him well, Harry was still feeling quite uncomfortable.

Of course, this disappointment only lasted a short while.

Because at that moment, a little owl was pecking at their train window.

After they opened it, the little guy buried his head in Darren's arms and then stopped moving.

Darren quickly picked it up and, feigning concern, handed it to Hermione.

She actually patted his robe secretly.

Good heavens, where did we fall along the way? It looks so dirty!

Hermione was also disgusted. She took out a handkerchief and wiped the little guy several times before taking a letter off its leg.

"It's a letter from Sirius!"

She lowered her voice and exclaimed in surprise.

"Quick, open it! Read it aloud!"

Dear Darren and Harry:

I hope you will receive my letter before you get off the train.

I'm not sure if people will find out I wrote this letter to you after I get off the train.

There's something I should tell you: I gave Harry the Firebolt.

Hermione exclaimed excitedly, "See? I suspected he was the one who gave Harry the Firebolt!"

However, apart from Darren smiling and nodding, the other two men didn't say a word; they were still waiting for Hermione to continue reading!

Hermione muttered something, then continued reading:

Darren, enclosed with this letter is some compensation for you; this is money I had the owl retrieve from my vault.

I broke that necklace, and I know you're out of money, plus you still have to fix it.

Hopefully, this will restore that necklace; otherwise, I'm willing to buy it so you won't be so strapped for cash.

P.S.: The little guy who came with the letter can ask your companion Ron if he'd like to take him in, since he lost that mouse because of me.

Oh, and Harry too. There was a gift for Harry in the attachment; I don't know if he'll like it.

Love, Sirius.

That’s the end of the letter.

Hermione quickly turned the envelope over and flipped it over.

A card fell out.

This is for Darren; it contains 10,000 Galleons.

Darren calculated that he might need 100 Holy Father Points to repair the necklace.

Well, that means he was able to receive 10,000 Galleons out of thin air.

As for Harry...

He received a Hogsmeade autograph form from Sirius Black.

He can finally go to Hogsmeade.

And of course, there's Ron.

Ron was somewhat at a loss.

He picked up the little owl that was still struggling there, and felt it was all so unreal. Did he really have a pet now?

Oh, freckles don't count.

Ron had no desire to recall the time when Scabbers lived with them.

He felt he could vomit just thinking about it for a moment.

To prevent himself from vomiting again later, Ron brought the little owl close to Crookshank.

"Oh, Crookshank, smell it. Is it a pet? If it's an Animagus, bite it right now!"

Crookshan stretched impatiently.

It sniffed it, then raised its tail and lay down on Darren's lap.

Ron immediately thought of Darren's Lez.

He complained, "Darren, you're too good to Lez. It really is that useless. Even the Animagus can't see it!"

"Well, I don't care if Lezi is lazy or useless, because it was given to me by my brother. Seeing it is like seeing my brother."

Darren said gently.

Then it suddenly occurred to him that, if that were the case, he had the system eat Harry?
