Harry Potter: Miss Malfoy

Chapter 141: Warmth in the Heart (Sugar)

Chapter 141: Warmth in the Heart (Sugar)

After leaving the stadium, avoid the crowds of revelers who are gradually leaving and take a walk in the woods.

The noise is still nearby, but it is hard to enter the soul.

The two walked slowly, Harry holding onto her tightly despite Draco's several attempts to break free.

"There are branches and gravel here, don't trip over them by accident."

His sincere eyes carried a gentle insistence, and Draco had no choice but to swallow his shyness and let him hold his hands.

"This doesn't count..."

"I know. Not everything will be told, Miss Malfoy."

Harry said softly, his tone serious, and Draco smiled a pure smile that almost radiated in front of him.

This might be Harry's biggest gain tonight.

He found that although teasing beyond the limit would shorten the distance between the two people,

But only by being polite and treating him like a gentleman can you see Draco's most innocent happiness.

I don’t know if it’s the reservedness of a lady from a noble family or the result of the family education she received since childhood.

"I haven't apologized to you properly yet."

Looking at her beautiful face, I thought of the argument two months ago and felt overwhelmed with guilt.

Draco's face darkened as Harry mentioned this.

"Let's not talk about this, okay?"

Said softly.

"If it were me, I would want to speak out."

Harry said bluntly.

He really didn't want to have any unbridgeable barriers between him and Draco.

"But what good will it do? It will only increase the possibility of a quarrel."

"I don't want to argue with you."

Draco spoke softly, his tone almost revealing grievance.

"I don't want to either. That's why we need to make it clear. If we talk it out, we won't argue anymore, right?"

The contradiction between the lion and the snake, honesty and worry, are entangled in the words.

But Harry's passionate and frank gaze made Draco speak slowly.

"I trust Severus, you hate him."

"Can talking about it change this mood?"

Harry frowned.

"I don't know why you trust him so much."

"You trust Sirius, don't you? Even though you've only known each other for a few months."

"He is my godfather!"

As soon as he finished speaking, a thought flashed through his mind.

"Wait, that's not possible?"

Draco nodded.

"Severus is like my godfather."

"He was the one who taught me the Patronus Charm. While you and Lupin were taking the class, Severus was helping me with the class."

After he finished speaking, he paused, as if remembering something, and his bright eyes suddenly softened.

"Because of what happened in second grade."

Her sudden coquettish look reminded Harry of the time when they walked hand in hand in the Chamber of Secrets.

My heart just felt a little numb, but it was immediately shrouded in a shadow.

"But he was—"

Before he could finish his words, he noticed that Draco had violently pulled back the hand he had been holding.

"What is it?"

Her eyebrows were raised, and although her voice was probing, her eyes were full of pleading, hoping that Harry would stop talking.

It suddenly occurred to Harry that Snape had once been a Death Eater.

The Malfoys, too.

I couldn't explain why it was so easy to forget this incident during the time I spent with Draco.

My blood is boiling.

I always feel that maybe if we continue talking, the hidden gap between us will disappear from now on.

But it is also possible that what will never come back is the time we had together tonight.

Still hesitating, I heard Draco sigh.

"We should go back now. Mom and Dad may have reached the tent."

Seeing Harry's stunned and depressed look mixed with loss and melancholy, Draco stepped forward and extended his hand again with a red face.

"I feel like I could trip easily when I walk."

"Can you help me up, Harry?"

Harry took Draco's hand, tenderness and annoyance entangled.

He really didn't like the feeling of depression in his chest.

-

Just as he was about to step out of the edge of the woods and walk back to the camp's main road, he felt Draco gently pulling him.

"Don't...don't look back, Harry."

He stood there blankly, looking forward.

He noticed that Draco had pulled his hand back again, and suddenly he felt a warmth on his back.

From the corner of her eye, she saw Draco's hands gently caressing her shoulders, and from the back of her neck she could vaguely smell the faint sweetness and warmth of her hair and body.

Draco was quietly lowering his head, leaning lightly on the back of Harry's neck, and sticking timidly to him.

"Let's not talk about this kind of thing anymore, okay?"

“It’s easy to become unhappy.”

Although I still believe that it is better to be honest once and for all than to keep the secret deep in my heart.

But Draco's voice came back softly.

It seemed that she really didn't want there to be even a moment of unhappiness between the two of them.

"Okay, but I'll just try my best. I don't want to lie to you."

A graceful figure jumped in front of him. Draco put his hands behind his back, bent sideways, and looked at Harry with a smile.

"That's good."

Looking at her charming appearance, the depression had long disappeared.

-

The two walked side by side back to the exclusive camp where the Malfoy family's tent was located, and there was no more physical contact along the way.

As Harry expected, as long as someone was looking at him,

Draco wouldn't want any interactions that could be misunderstood.

(Though Harry was beginning to doubt how effective this would be.)

The camp where the Malfoys lived was very different from the Weasleys' camp, and it was kept in an orderly manner.

Each tent is on its own small hill, and one has to walk up five to seven steps before entering the tent.

It's like a camping version of a townhouse.

Stepping up the steps and arriving in front of the tent, Harry gently pulled the bell outside the tent.

Narcissa came out.

She had changed out of her dress and put on a finely woven robe, and was looking at her daughter with a big smile on her face.

“It’s not even half past nine yet.

"Very gentlemanly, Mr. Potter."

"My husband hasn't come back yet. Would you like to come in and sit down?"

"Thank you, but it's okay. I should probably get back to Mr. Weasley."

"The Weasleys..."

"Please tell Mr. Weasley that I'm sorry they couldn't come to Draco's first-timer's ball."

Narcissa narrowed her eyes, somewhat interested.

"I'll relay that. Goodnight, Mrs. Malfoy."

After a slight bow, he looked at Draco.

"Good night, Draco."

"Goodnight, Harry."

He watched Harry leave and followed his mother back to the tent.

Don't raise it!!! It's still a day of falling data, and I'm still asking for gifts!!! Those who don't have the ability can give more gifts for love! (Each person can give three gifts) I don't mind those who pay!!!
